We offer full refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions:
Credit (points) purchases are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your credit needs before making a purchase, as these credits can only be used for image generation. Regardless of usage, we cannot provide refunds once credits are purchased.
If you have accidentally purchased an annual subscription plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following accommodation:

If you continuously encounter technical errors that prevent you from using our AI image generation services properly, and we fail to resolve the issue within 14 days, we will process a partial refund provided our development team receives all necessary information (such as error screenshots, generated image samples, etc.).
